Understanding Client’s media type which are (1) Image or (2) Video, or can be both. Defining media type that will be use, ratio and orientation.
Client’s need to prepare architectural and interior document that will be use as the main source information to create 3D Model. This documents must be approve and under Client’s acknowledge. This documents at least need to include : (1) Floor Plan, (2) Site Plan, (3) Elevations, (4) Sections.
Client must have material schedule to give to Dejuma’s Team.

Unrendered 3D Model will be review to make sure everything is align.
Client must send lighting, mood reference, and landscape reference, to make sure Client and Dejuma on the same vision.
design development
Before primary render process, Dejuma will send few preview to review by the client.
Rendering process will be taken after approval, revision restriction applied, no revision for this phase.

3D Image & Video Render result will be delivered by google drive link, and can be access for 3 months.
